Press and Visit USA Committee Delegate Appointments
International Journalists and Visit USA Committee Delegates have the opportunity to request appointments during the official Business Appointments Sessions with those Exhibitors who have not requested to Opt Out of the Press Appointments or the Visit USA Committee Appointments options. Our computerized appointment program schedules appointments with priority given to mutual International Buyer and Exhibitor requests first, followed by International Buyer requests, mutual Domestic Buyer and Exhibitor requests, Domestic Buyer requests, Journalist requests and then Visit USA requests. Press appointments will be scheduled so as not to conflict with official International Pow Wow Press activities. Individual appointment schedules will be emailed to all delegates in advance of the meeting to assist with planning.

Any International Journalist or Visit USA Committee delegate who wishes to make Appointment Requests must register and submit his/her requests by April 11, 2008. Appointment Requests will not be accepted after this
