Ground Transportation
Ground transportation is provided in Las Vegas from McCarran International Airport (LAS) to your assigned Host Hotel on Friday, May 30, Saturday, May 31, and Sunday, June 1. Check in at the International Pow Wow Welcome Booth at the airport before boarding your shuttle bus. Return service to the airport is provided on Thursday, June 5 only. See below.
Official International Pow Wow shuttle buses will provide transportation between Host Hotels and the Las Vegas Convention Center as well as from the Host Hotels to the official evening events. Shuttle bus schedules will be provided in the official program and will be posted in the Host Hotels lobbies.
Delegates seeking transportation to other sites, hotels or International Pow Wow functions at times other than official hours or posted shuttle schedule times must make and pay for their own arrangements.
Shuttle Transportation Information & Schedule
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, along with it's transportation sponsors, the Nevada Commission on Tourism and the Las Vegas Monorail, are providing complimentary transportation for registered delegates between official business sessions/social functions and all official International Pow Wow Host Hotels. Delegates using this service should remember to wear their International Pow Wow badge.

Transportation between the Las Vegas Convention Center and Official Host Hotels
Shuttles operate every 15 – 20 minutes between all official Host Hotels (except for the Las Vegas Hilton, MGM Grand, Bally's, Flamingo and Harrah's) and the Las Vegas Convention Center on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday through Wednesday, the service will operate only at the beginning of the business day and at the close of the business day (see schedule that follows). No shuttle will depart the convention center prior to the official close of each day's business appointment sessions.
The Las Vegas Hilton is connected to the Las Vegas Convention Center and is within walking distance. No shuttle service will be offered.
Delegates staying at the MGM Grand, Bally's, Flamingo and Harrah's will receive a five-day, all-day pass to take the Las Vegas Monorail to and from the Las Vegas Convention Center. Passes will be provided at hotel check-in.

Be sure to allow plenty of time for the traffic and distance between your hotel and the convention center.

Airport Transfers
Complimentary airport transfers for departing flights are available on Thursday, June 5, between all International Pow Wow Host Hotels and McCarran International Airport (LAS).
Motor coaches will be depart every 30 minutes on the hour and the half hour from all International Pow Wow Host Hotels beginning at 5:00 am and continuing through 2:00 pm. Advance reservations are not necessary. Please check the International Pow Wow Information Desk and shuttle schedule sign located inside your hotel for specific departure schedules or proceed outside to the designated bus stop and an International Pow Wow representative will arrange for your departure. You will need to show your International Pow Wow badge to board the shuttle.
It is recommended that you arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to your departure time for domestic flights and three hours for international flights.
