Convention Center Transportation
Shuttles will operate between all Host Hotels and the Miami Beach Convention Center. The service will operate continuously every 10-15 minutes on Saturday and Sunday. Service is provided only at the beginning of the business day and at the close of the business day Monday through Wednesday (see schedule that follows). No shuttles will depart the convention center prior to the official close of each day's business appointment sessions.
Transportation for Sightseeing Tours
Sightseeing tours will depart from the Miami Beach Convention Center. Tour departures vary by tour and by day, so please make special note of the time that your tour departs. All tours are scheduled to return to the convention center by 5:00pm.
Please reconfirm your tour at the Miami Beach Sightseeing Tour Desk located in the Hall D Lobby of the Miami Beach Convention Center. Bring your International Pow Wow badge and confirmation letter to the tour desk no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.

Transportation to official International Pow Wow evening functions will be provided from all Host Hotels:

Outbound Airport Transfers
Complimentary airport transfers are available on Thursday, May 21, between all International Pow Wow Host Hotels and the Miami International Airport. Motor coaches will depart every 30 minutes on the hour and the half hour between 5:00am - 2:00pm from all International Pow Wow Host Hotels. Advance reservations are not necessary. Please plan your departure to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights; 3 hours for International departures.
