Media Marketplace  SOLD OUT!
The Media Marketplace is the most popular media event at International Pow Wow. It will be held on Monday, June 2 with a morning and afternoon session, followed by a reception. This is the best opportunity for U.S. Suppliers to connect with media, pitch story ideas and distribute press kits and other materials. All registered journalists are required to attend and they come looking for what's new in U.S. travel. During the 2.5 hour long Session I, U.S. Suppliers are seated at tables and the press visit looking for story ideas and information. In the two-hour long Session II, the tables are turned and the press are seated and U.S. Suppliers visit. The Media Marketplace does not have scheduled appointments; press and U.S. Suppliers are free to visit whomever they want. The event caps off with a closing reception where U.S. Suppliers and press can further network. U.S. Suppliers must be booth holders or booth share holders at International Pow Wow and register in advance for the Media Marketplace.

The price per table is $500.  If needed, you may purchase up to two (2) Monday-only Media Marketplace badges at $250 each for your PR staff to staff your Media Marketplace table. This one-day only pass grants you access to the evening event on Sunday, June 1, and all International Pow Wow events occurring on Monday, June 2 (this includes the Media Marketplace, the Marketplace Hall, Lunch, and Evening Event).  There is no additional charge if an Exhibitor Delegate from your booth staffs the Media Marketplace table.  To reserve your table, add the Media Marketplace Table option from the Public Relations Opportunities category to your shopping cart when you register online.

Press Kit Bins 
Journalists are often looking for full press kits with more detailed information about U.S. Suppliers. The Press Kit Bins provide an opportunity for U.S. Suppliers to put those comprehensive materials (press releases, photo, slides, brochures, executive bio, etc) in their hands in one folder. U.S. Suppliers who choose to participate will be assigned a bin to hold their kits during the show and will be arranged in alphabetical order by organization name.  It will be restocked regularly by International Pow Wow volunteers. Each Press Kit Bin is available for $150 and the numbers are limited. Only one bin per U.S. Supplier organization is permitted. Bins are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be reserved by adding a Press Kit Bin from the Public Relations Opportunities category to your shopping cart when you register online.

International Pow Wow News Service on CD - SOLD OUT!
The News Service on CD ensures that the journalists attending International Pow Wow will take your latest news home with them. All releases must be submitted to kriley@tia.org by close of business May 2 to be included in the single CD to be distributed onsite to the press. There is a 2-page limit and releases must be submitted in a PDF format with working hyperlinks. Multiple releases per registered U.S. Supplier organization are permitted. Press Briefing Rooms  SOLD OUT!
Press Briefing Rooms are tailor-made for targeted media events, roundtables, briefings or interviews that may appeal to a select number of journalists or perhaps media from a specific international market. The number of rooms is limited and rooms are only available on Tuesday afternoon June 3. Rooms are located onsite in the Las Vegas Convention Center, close by to the Press Room which is the center of all International Pow Wow media activity. Set up includes a room with 20 chairs, a podium, microphone, two easels and a table. Additional AV can be rented. The room rental charge is $500 for 45 minutes. Room use is limited to 45 minutes and rooms are available only to registered International Pow Wow U.S. Suppliers on a first-come, first-served basis.  To reserve, add the Press Briefing Room from the Public Relations Opportunities category to your shopping cart when you register online.
