International Buyers and Journalists Lodging is provided at your assigned official International Pow Wow 2008 Host Hotel for the five nights of Saturday, May 31 - Wednesday, June 4, 2008 (room and tax only). Should you wish to arrive earlier or stay later, you will be responsible for the additional charges, at discounted rates (subject to availability). You are also responsible for any personal charges (telephone, room service, etc.) incurred during your entire stay.
TIA will make hotel reservations for international delegates by country. The IAC Chair for your country will inform you of your delegation's hotel assignment. TIA cannot guarantee that we can accommodate hotel requests or changes to arrival and departure dates received after April 25, 2008.
Under no circumstances will delegates be allowed to stay at a hotel other than the Host Hotel assigned by TIA. Any delegate who stays in a hotel other than the one assigned will be responsible for his/her own room charges, and will be charged at the hotel's prevailing U.S. Supplier rate.
Domestic Buyers Lodging is provided to approved Domestic Buyers for the five nights of Saturday, May 31 - Wednesday, June 4, 2008 (room and tax only). TIA will make hotel reservations for Domestic Buyers at an assigned International Pow Wow official Host Hotel. You will be notified of your hotel assignment in advance. Should you wish to arrive earlier or stay later, you will be responsible for the additional charges at discounted rates (subject to availability). You are also responsible for any personal charges (telephone, room service, etc.) incurred during your entire stay.
TIA cannot guarantee that we can accommodate requests for assignment to a specific Host Hotel. Nor can we guarantee that we can accommodate requests for changes to arrival and departure dates received after April 25, 2008.
TIA will not pay for hotel rooms for Domestic Buyers who choose to stay at a hotel other than the Host Hotel assigned by TIA. Any Domestic Buyer who stays in a hotel other than the one assigned will be responsible for his/her own room charges, and will be charged at the prevailing U.S. Supplier rate.
