In an effort to streamline our processes and ensure that we have rooms for all our delegates, TIA has moved to a combined registration/hotel reservation system for our events. This process requires all participants to register for the conference prior to reserving a hotel room at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa at our discounted rate. As a result, your conference email confirmation will provide the only mechanism for reserving a hotel room in TIA's ESTO official room block. Your email confirmation (from TIA's ESTO Registrar, esto@tia.org) will contain a direct link to the reservation system to make a hotel reservation in our discounted room block. Please be sure to check your Junk and SPAM folders to ensure this auto-confirmation is not filtered out because reservations made via any other booking method will not reflect TIA's ESTO room rate.

Coconut Point, with its air of casual elegance and charming Southern-style hospitality, boasts an 18-hole Championship golf course, as well as a 19,000 sq. ft. full-service Spa right on property providing all the ambiance and amenities of a classic Florida retreat.

Rate: $140.00 single/double plus taxes (currently 11%)*
Resort Fee: $6.00 per room, per day**
Cut-off Date: July 25, 2008
*This rate is based on a limited number of rooms and subject to availability. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted at a space and rate availability basis only.
**The Resort Fee includes: golf bag storage, local telephone calls, 800/888 telephone surcharges, incoming faxes, DVD rental, complimentary self-parking, bicycle rental, resort trolley, beach ferry, and exercise facilities. Housekeeping and bellman gratuities are not included in the Resort Fee, and are at the individual's discretion. Suggested housekeeping gratuity is $2 per day, per room, double occupancy. Guests arriving individually who have luggage sent to their room by the bellman, but who are not in the room upon delivery will incur a one-time charge of $10 plus tax.
Note: Valet parking is currently $21 per day.
