Registration Fees:

TIA is pleased to offer our Chairman Circle and Board Circle member organizations one complimentary registration for the Marketing Outlook Forum. Instructions for obtaining these complimentary registrations will be emailed to all Board Circle Members when online registration opens.

The full registration fee covers all official conference sessions, activities, meal functions, and sponsored program events beginning with the opening evening event on Monday, October 27, through the add-on Strategic Professional Development Sessions offered on Thursday, October 30.  (Fee excludes hotel, travel, and personal expenses). Must be a current TIA member to be eligible for the member rate.

TIA members receive significant discounts on Marketing Outlook Forum registration fees! If you are not yet a TIA member and wish to take advantage of these discounts, click here for membership information.

Note: To qualify for the TIA member rate, registrants must have paid in full their 2008 membership dues on or before August 31, 2008. Anyone who registers at the member rate, but is not a member in good standing (i.e., fully paid)will be re-registered and billed the difference for the non-member rate.

Payment Policies

Where possible, payment in full should accompany applications for registrations. Accepted credit cards include: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Delegates may also pay by check or bank transfer. Instructions for submitting payment by check or bank wire transfer will be included in registrant confirmation materials.

Pre-registered delegates must submit payment on or before October 10, 2008 or make special arrangements with the Marketing Outlook Forum Registrar to bring payment to the onsite registration desk. No credentials will be distributed without full payment.

Delegates who do not check in onsite and who have not submitted the required cancellation request (i.e., who are considered a "no-show" for the event) are fully responsible for any unpaid registration fees, and will be billed accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Email or fax your cancellation request to mof@tia.org or 202-408-1255, Attention: MOF Registrar. A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received by September 12, 2008. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds for registrations paid by credit card will be processed immediately; refunds for registrations paid by check or wire transer payment will be processed within 30 days.

Substitution/Name Change Policy

Substitution/Name Changes are accepted and must be received in writing. Email or fax your change request to mof@tia.org or 202-408-1255, Attention: Marketing Outlook Forum Registrar.
