NCDO Strategic Plan - 2006-2008
The National Council of Destination Organizations (NCDO), an industry council of the Travel Industry Association of America (TIA), represents the more than 400 local and regional destination marketing organizations that are members of TIA. The mission of the NCDO is to enhance the effectiveness of tourism destination marketing professionals and organizations.
Strategy Position the NCDO as a respected resource for members and as an important component to help move TIA's agenda

Tactic: Identify and initiate alliances and partnerships that collaboratively advance DMOs and foster greater unity
